WHAT'S THE PROCESS?

After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining everything you need to get started. From there, you’ll book your initial consultation call and complete a few quick forms. Following our call, I’ll aim to have your tailored programme ready within a week. From that point on, we’ll stay in close contact to make sure you’re supported every step of the way and get the most out of your training.

DO I NEED TO BE BASED IN THE UK?

No, you can join wherever you're based in the world. Payment will be taken in £GBP so do check if your bank charges for this but you can join wherever you're based!

HOW LONG WILL COACHING LAST?

Coaching can last as long as you'd like it to. I recommend most clients stick around for at least 3 months to start to see some real progress, but I've also had ongoing clients stay with me for years. I'll usually programme your workouts a month at a time but we can discuss your goals and any time frames in your initial call, and figure out what's best together.

DO I NEED ANY KIT?

Nope, I can design your programme to be able to be completed just using your bodyweight at home if needs be. That said, if you have some equipment available or a gym membership, we'll be able to build a programme that's a little more effective. If you're looking at buying some kit to use at home I'd recommend:

  • A set of adjustable dumbbells

  • A set of sliders 

  • A set of resistance bands

  • A set of rings & door mounted pull up bar or a TRX

ARE CYCLING WORKOUTS INCLUDED?

No, my coaching is purely strength & mobility focussed helping you to effectively train off the bike to improve your performance on it. You will, however, have access to TrainingPeaks generic cycling workouts with your Premium account.
