HELLO!

A Sports Science grad, Personal Trainer of over 10 years, and a cyclist who got hooked on riding after saving up for my first road bike post-uni.

​

Since then, I’ve loved applying what I’ve learned in the gym to improve my own cycling performance, and helping others do the same. Whether it’s building strength to power up climbs, improving mobility to undo hours of riding, or developing the kind of durability that keeps you riding longer, I’m here to help cyclists move better, feel better, and perform better on (and off) the bike.

Alongside my private coaching, I’m currently Head of Exercise at a large health insurer, and have delivered training for companies like Salesforce, Formula 1, and Ralph Lauren. I’ve also been lucky enough to work with Olympic gold medallists, elite performers, and have been quoted in publications such as The Times, The Sun, and Marie Claire.
